Reset the Password for the End User

NOTE

Only users with OEM Admin privileges can reset an end user password.

  1. On the End Users page, click the user name. (If needed, use the Search function to display the name.) This opens the Details page for the selected user.
  1. On the Details page, click Reset password, as shown below:

  1. Click ACCEPT in the Confirmation dialog box.

  1. Make sure you receive a confirmation message, as shown below:

  1. Verify that a link was sent to the user's email account. The user should click this link and follow the prompts to reset to a unique password.

 

 

How to get here on the dashboard: Click End Users in the Navigation Panel; in the table listing, click the end user you wish to edit; and then click the Reset password link.
