Reset the Password for the End User

Only users with OEM Admin privileges can reset an end user password. |
- On the End Users page, click the user name. (If needed, use the Search function to display the name.) This opens the Details page for the selected user.
- On the Details page, click Reset password, as shown below:
- Click ACCEPT in the Confirmation dialog box.
- Make sure you receive a confirmation message, as shown below:
- Verify that a link was sent to the user's email account. The user should click this link and follow the prompts to reset to a unique password.
How to get here on the dashboard: Click End Users in the Navigation Panel; in the table listing, click the end user you wish to edit; and then click the Reset password link.
